Opp. Kala Killa Depot

My breakfast was the prasad at a Muharram puja.

These are the "Tazia" for the Muharram procession later in the day. It looked like everyone took part in making the decorations and setting up the Sabeel (water cooler) stand. The prasad was simple. A kind of Churma, torn pieces of Chapatti mixed with sugar and little ghee.

I've been looking out for Sabeels ever since.. Seeing them here and there.. beautifully decorated. This is so colorful- Apt name for the location- Kala Killa "Craft Fort"

I would say that's true secularism. Fantastic, Gopal. Trust you to capture the bestest.

Curry: It's Kaala Killa or Black Fort but it's close to Kalanagar. :)

I am wondering why Hindus are making/blessing/celebrating a Muslim holiday procession? I'm very confused.
