Nargis Dutt Road, Pali Hill

Lemon Grass Flavoured Lemon Grass Tapri Chai. Just Rs 4/-

This is for all of you who have dip-dip-dipped one shaggy bag of tea with a hint of lemon grass and paid through your nose for the real estate to park your ass.

would like to sip this very much.

in pune, i picked up big bunches of lemon grass from the veggie haat, for 10 bucks each. carried them back to delhi where i never see lemon grass except on shmancy menus.
i enjoy your posts on chai :)
while in ahmedabad did you have many many cups of tea by the roads? it's wonderful isn't it. a cup of tea by the road, with a view to a slice of life.

Saw the pic and was reminded of the Lounge article i read on saturday about Pali Hill! And what do I see, these are the very same that went into that article. Good read. Great pics! Am craving for lemongrass now!

Reminds me of those early morning pauna chais in Hyderabad. Coolest, Gopal.
