Cyclone Vayu breezed past Mumbai and caused one death in the city. A few panels off a Mahatma Gandhi mural at the Churchgate station flew off and landed on the footpath below, killing an elderly man.Along the same railway line in Goregaon, the change of win direction caused a sign of Dr Ambedkar to fly away too. As I was photographing the fallen hoarding, a man walked up to it. He patiently put it back and told me that there is hope in this country because of what he did.
Now that BJP is in power once again and all actions seem to be directed towards making the country a single party country with no opposition, he gives us hope.
