Talaash! Which part of Mumbai do you want to see?

SG Barve Marg

The Someshwar Khandoba Temple, Kurla.

The relgious shrine in any ghetto of Mumbai is a very important place in the social fabric of the place. It where people meet, talk, play, gossip, celebrate and maybe mourn because it is the only open space they have. This is one such temple. Small, simple and beautiful.

The temple was decked up for the Champa Sashti Festival that was celebrated a few days back at the temple.

Here are some pictures of this yellow tinted place.
