Work Space Mumbai: Chef

Meet Chef Thomas Zacharias. The silent craftsman behind what you eat at Olive. Here, he was teaching children who read this fabulous science magazine called Brainwave from Amar Chitra Katha, the science of cooking. The subject was caramel-isation.

You can follow Brainwave magazine, designed, art directed and edited by a wonderful team led by the young Vinayak Varma here.

Chef Thomas has a personal blog called 'Memoirs of a chef' which is worth following. I hope he updates it often, now that he is in Mumbai and we could do with a food blog that has an expert opinion.
