Dharavi redevelopment: Demolition work is underway on the 5th and 6th lines of the Central Railway between Matunga and Sion.  This is not directly part of the Adani project to redevelop Dharavi.

Hundreds or maybe thousands of school and college students cross over from Dharavi to Sion on the east and Mahim on the west. It is not that Dharavi does not have schools of its own.

During the monsoon, it is sometimes necessary for BMC to open manholes to let water drain faster or to use pumps like this one near the tracks in Sion. When they are opened, they also put up this sign.
