The Coconut Avenue.
The Municipal Colony next to the M-Ward Office is set in a coconut grove. In other words, there are enough grown coconut trees here to make it look like a grove.
It has a small scale industry around it. For example, you can buy coconuts here for 10 or 15 Rs, based on size. And there are people who strip the leaves to make brooms. What remains then becomes firewood. The only thing missing is coir rope making.
