Talaash! Which part of Mumbai do you want to see?

Shivaji Park

Parallel Park at Shivaji Park: Parents.
A few days back, in Mint Lounge. Supriya Nair wrote about football in Mumbai’s historic Shivaji Park, the crucible of the city’s cricket. Here are some extra images from the story.

The parents are the interesting people to watch at Shivaji Park. Of the many games that are played here, you find parents accompanying the children who come to play cricket. The other kids play, cricketers are prepared for something else.

But this Star Performers Group budding cricketer from the Bengal Club seems to have come alone. I found his bag open and lying around as he trained at the nets.

All the best, Kazi.
