Summer's cool people
Every time I'm troubled by the summer heat, all I have to do is go out and look at the streets. The energy of the Mumbaikar who goes on with life in any weather, especially this heat is contagious, at least to me and it keeps me going.
Lovers who don't notice anything around them, even the blazing sun. Those people on the highway are the padayatris who walk to Shirdi from Mumbai. What heat?
And this lady, an ace cinematographer from Los Angeles, is one of the most energetic people I have seen, she could work double shifts (sometimes 17-18 hours) throughout May, with few breaks, carrying camera on her shoulders and without collapsing. There was a Swedish sound recordist on the same set who had to be taken to the hospital and put on a flight back after a few days.
