Statues of Mumbai.
Chembur, like the rest of Mumbai is dotted with many villages that continue to live at a pace of its own. They usually come alive during festivals when the people take a pause from the Mumbai pace and say namaste to their neighbours.
I found these interesting statues on the roadside where the people of this locality collected money to feed a lot of poor people to commemorate their favourite godman, Sai Baba. They had a list of the people who had contributed too.
