Certain areas of our city are ruled by cats. Dogs in these areas have been reduced to a minimum by BMC (nasbandhied). Two such areas that I can name are Grant Road (West) towards the sea and Goregaon (East) near the station. These areas are cat territory and they roam about unharmed or rather, there are no stray dogs to be seen here. However, as you walk along Aarey Road towards the WE Highway, the dogs appear and mostly to the east of the highway and you all know that dogs have an enemy of the other side across from Aarey and inside SGNP, the cat that dogs are afraid of: The leopard.
