Kurla Station Developments: Elevated Platforms
Major changes are happening slowly in Kurla station, on the eastern side. It will see an elevated section to handle to volume of footfalls at the stations. Like in the Western Suburbs, the number of people who are using the local train network is increasing in the suburban stations and important junctions in the satellite cities of Mumbai. The stations need major redesigns and improvements to handle to the current rush as well as what we can expect in the future.
