Bombay Dyeing
When you climb out of Mumbai on the main runway of the airport and to the west, look out for the quay or wharf in Danda Village in Khar. You will see the bright red of carpets being washed or laid out to dry. The dye from a carpet making or washing business colours the water here.
Balancing the red colour is the black water from Juhu and Santa Cruz that enters the sea here and colours the water in the famous Juhu Beach
